Incorrect Item

Defective Item
If you received a defective item with your order it is important to let us know as soon as possible. In some cases, manufacturers require this to be reported to them within 30 days or less.

Damaged Item
From time to time items can arrive damaged from shipping. If this happens, be sure to take pictures of the box and items as this will help us get a replacement over to you swiftly. Be sure to keep all packaging as is and do not throw it away.

Order Shows Delivered But No Product Has Been Received
Occasionally, an item may show "Delivered" but you have not received the item. There are a few things that can occur:
1. The wrong tracking information may have been updated to your account.
2. The item was shipped to the wrong address.
3. The item was stolen from the destination.
We hate to see any of these happen, but in the event one does, submit a ticket HERE so a UTVS team member can look into your case and provided a solution to you quickly.
Lost In Transit
In the event, a shipping provider loses your package during transit, submit a ticket HERE so a UTVS team member can work on getting a new package sent out as quickly as possible.
